There is sunshine in my soul. 2 There is music in my soul today, A carol to my King; And Jesus, listening, can hear The songs I cannot sing. [Chorus] 3 There is music in my soul today, For when my Lord is near The dove of peace sings in my heart, The flowers of grace appear. [Chorus].

Aptly titled "Sunshine Days", this collection of pop "lite" tunes from the late 60s provides a soothing collection of tunes to be enjoyed by fans of the genre or the perfect example of what rock fans hated about this realm of pop music/5(4).

Volume five of Sunshine Days is another excellent buy for the pop music CD fan on the never-ending search for obscure '60s titles. Some of the cooler titles on volume five are "Back on the Street Again" (the Sunshine Company), "Pretty Ballerina" (the Left Banke) and the Monkees' excellent version of the Paul Williams/Roger Nichols composition "Someday Man.".

Dark Night of the Soul (Spanish: La noche oscura del alma) is a poem written by the 16th-century Spanish mystic and poet St. John of the Cross. The author himself did not give any title to his poem, on which he wrote two book-length commentaries: Ascent of Mount Carmel (Subida del Monte Carmelo) and The Dark Night (Noche Oscura).
